feminization

you only need anti-androgens if you aren't doing injections
if you're going through puberty faster than your male peers, increase your dosage of estrogen to 1-2 years above
shorter regimens mean more frequent injections but more stable levels (recomended)

if in pro-trans areas, ask your doctor about puberty blockers to stop masculinization.
puberty tends to start around 12-13, so don't panic if you cannot access these.

note: high tanner 3 levels to suppress testosterone if doing injections (tanner 3 is ~25pg/mL, ranging from 7pg/mL to 60pg/mL. the goal is a mean of 60pg/mL)

masculinization

if you notice you're continuing to have periods increase your dosage of testosterone until it ceases
shorter regimens mean more frequent injections but more stable levels (recomended)

if in pro-trans areas, ask your doctor about puberty blockers to stop feminization and menstruation.
if in anti-trans areas, ask to get a Depo-Provera birth control shot. this will stop menstruation but not feminization.
